Eligibility, instructions, and refund information

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Pococo through pococo.uk.
You may return an item for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and give you the return address.
This sits alongside your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, and a further 14 days to send them back to us. You are responsible for return postage on a change-of-mind return or cancellation. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund an item that does not reach us.
If your product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number (for example, POCO-…) and photos if helpful. We will provide a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) in line with applicable consumer law.
Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
