The optical disc you slot into it sets the scene, so changing the disc changes the sky. Projector Only suits you if you already have discs for it; the 4, 6 and 10 Disc Themes options add that many projection discs, and the larger sets suit a shared room, a child who likes to choose tonight's sky, or a gift.
In the box: the projector, one USB power cord and the printed manual, plus the projection discs of the option you choose.
- LED light source, rated at 5 W or less
- Runs from the supplied USB power cord — use any USB power source you already have

- Plastic body in matte black or soft white, 157 × 120 × 120 mm
- The number in a bundle name is the number of projection discs, not the number of projectors
- Ships at 0.9–1.5 kg depending on the option you choose
It is a decorative light rather than a video projector: it shows the artwork printed on the disc, not video or photos from a phone or computer. It works best in a dark room, aimed at a flat, pale ceiling or wall.
- Is it a video projector?
- No. It is a decorative LED light: it projects the artwork on the fitted disc, not video or photos from a phone or computer. There is no app and no remote handset; the controls are on the unit.
- How dark does the room need to be?
- Dark, but not blacked out. Aim for no light in the room brighter than the projection and nothing shining onto the surface you project onto. A closed door and a lined curtain make the biggest difference. It is not made for daylight or a lit room.
- Will it work in a small room or with a textured ceiling?
- A small bedroom is fine. Start about two metres from the surface and try closer if the scene looks faint: closer and brighter usually beats larger and fainter. A textured ceiling (artex, woodchip) scatters the light, so point it at a flat, pale wall instead.
- What's in the box?
- Every option ships with the projector, one USB power cord and the printed manual. Projector Only adds no projection discs; the 4, 6 and 10 Disc Themes options add that many projection discs. The number in the option name counts discs, not projectors.
- Which option should I choose?
- Projector Only if you already have discs for it. Four discs is a working set for one bedroom. Six or ten suit a shared room or a child’s room where choosing the scene is part of bedtime. Ten is the safest gift, because the recipient gets the most scenes to choose from.
- Is it suitable for a child's room?
- It is an LED light rated at 5 W or less, running from the supplied USB power cord. Stand it on a high shelf out of reach from the bed and clip the cable along the wall so nothing crosses the floor. It is a light for a dark room, not a night light: it does not light the floor.
- Is it a good gift?
- Yes, if the room they will use it in can get dark. It ships in the retail box pictured in the gallery, without gift wrap. If the gift has a date, compare the arrival dates beside Add to Cart with when you need it.
- Where does it ship from, and how long does it take?
- Orders ship tracked from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in China, and the tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel ships. The arrival dates beside Add to Cart are worked out for an order placed today; the Shipping & Delivery page has the full terms.
